Heliotrope Yoga Holidays was set up by Sine Ozsoy and Aidan Love in 2006 with the aim of sharing their enthusiasm for both Turkey and Iyengar Yoga.

For several years, Sheila has regularly taught on the holidays, normally for one or two weeks during May,  June or September.
