Uday, who is currently based in the UK, has over 15 years experience working closely with the Iyengar family and other teachers from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. He has taught many different groups including children, sports people, teachers and students of all abilities and levels as well as teaching in the RIMYI medical classes.
