Situated centrally on the High Street (between Sandanter and Barclays Banks), just a few minutes walk from:

• the train station (direct links to London Marylebone, Oxford and Birmingham)
• the bus station (there are bus links to the London airports)
• town centre car parks
• town centre shops and restaurants
• places to stay, eg Premier Inn and Travelodge.

The M40 motorway (junction 4) is just 2 miles away

Entry into the Yoga Shala
The street door into the building is shared by other offices, and so uses an intercom security system. Please press the Yoga Shala bell then wait for a response, the green light on the central panel will light up indicating the door lock has been released (the door opens outwards). Walk up one flight of stairs and turn right.
