Booking Terms and Conditions for Yoga Lessons

IMPORTANT
If you are currently suffering from a medical condition or have had recent surgery please include some information in the ‘messages’ section on the booking form (it isn’t necessary to repeat this information on subsequent bookings unless your situation has changed). A yoga class is not intended as a substitute for proper medical advice. You should consult a physician before taking a yoga class if you have a serious medical condition.

We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Use this link to view our Data Privacy Statement.

Your online booking accepts that you agree to the above.

How to book and pay
Each lesson requires a separate booking, but you may make a single payment to cover already booked lessons.

Payment is only by Bank Transfer (which should be processed no later than two days after booking the lesson, and before the day of the lesson). To help with the correct allocation of the payment, please enter your name in the reference field if it differs from the account name. If you don’t already have the bank details then request them from the Admin Team using Iyengaryogashala.office@gmail.com

Cancellations
To cancel a lesson contact the Admin Team with the lesson details using Iyengaryogashala.office@gmail.com. Provided 24 hours notice has been given, the fee can be used for future lessons (refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances).

If Sheila has to cancel a lesson students will be offered a refund, or the fee can be used for a future lesson. Please note that compensation cannot be made for travel or accommodation costs.
