Format of the Day

9:30am Welcome and introductions
10am Observation of your personal practice in a led asana session
12 noon Lunch break
1pm My current trainees will teach you (you get a chance to see what is expected of you on training and I get a chance to observe you as students)
3pm Summing up and feedback
3:30pm End of the selection day (my current trainees will continue until 5:30pm)

• Please note that your completed application form (including a letter of recommendation from your teacher) should be returned to me before the selection day.
• For those selected who wish to join the course, your papers will be forwarded to the main IY(UK) office for their clearance, and I will contact you with the outcome.
